My Charges

The charges for the solemnization of a marriage have been set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

The charge for being married in the city or town where the Justice resides is set at $100.-

The charge for the marriage outside the town or city of residence of the Justice is set at $150.-

There is an additional charge equal to the charge for the marriage for attending the rehearsal

A reasonable deposit is required to reserve a date for the marriage
